Habit - deleted

One habit that has been consciously deleted was “Worrying !!!”. NLP is just wonderful. I kept on practising the reframing and third perspective exercises. The habitual worry is not there. However I do worry – the right word is think with care – about what is essential.
Many of the NLP exercises wont work, if you don’t do it with intensity and repetition. This is my personal learning.
