Structure of Self Esteem

A person with a very HIGH self-esteem has an intense form and positive content. A person with a very LOW self-esteem has -NOT- just opposite : intense but negative content. Another interesting combination is MILDLY HIGH and MILDLY LOW: A person with mildly high self-esteem is still good but only the intensity has to be increased. A person with mildly low self-esteem need to change both his thoughts and intensity. In general, very high self-esteem is mostly represented by positive self-image. Exercises I can think of improving the self esteem : 1. Place yourself in middle of a big open auditorium. See yourself 360 deg (Matrix style). As you revolve around yourself, see yourself powerful 2. Tap your finger tips and tell yourself that the intensity is increasing 3. Drink lots of water after any thought-exercises 4. See yourself in bright colours. 5. See yourself in black&white, do a swish to see yourself in bright colours. Do this swish atleast 20 times every one hour :)
